Where the money goes

myChelper is operated by Faith Software, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 42-3505436). This page explains every way the organization takes in revenue and what that revenue pays for.

Revenue sources

Donations given by church members through myChelper are settled by Stripe directly into that church's own bank account. Faith Software, Inc. does not hold, pool, or route congregational giving.

Our commitments

  • No profit distribution. Faith Software, Inc. does not distribute profits, earnings, or assets to individuals, members, officers, or directors.
  • The free plan is not a funnel. Ready-To-Go is permanent and full-featured. Churches are never removed from it for declining to upgrade.
  • Published fees. Every platform fee is stated plainly on the pricing page and on mobile giving. There are no fees that are not listed there.
  • Hardship access. A church that needs a paid feature and cannot afford it can write to [email protected].

The organization's IRS determination letter and annual Form 990 filings are public records and can also be looked up by EIN 42-3505436 through the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search.
