What each plan is for

  • Ready-To-Go (Free) — "Get Online." A real space for your church inside the myChelper app: customization, messaging (up to 3 mass notifications a month, 30-day grace period for new churches), community tools, a website at pages.mychelper.com/your-church, and mobile giving (2% platform fee). No credit card required, ever.
  • Ready-To-Go+ ($25/mo) — "Run Your Church." For churches using myChelper as their day-to-day hub: a custom short domain (for example your-church.zone.church), higher messaging limits, mobile giving (1% platform fee), and room to grow.
  • Branded ($70/mo) — "Own Your App." A real, independent listing in the Apple App Store and Google Play under your church's own name and icon, plus your website on the domain you already own (for example www.yourchurch.org), and mobile giving (0.5% platform fee)—the moment your congregation searches for your church, not myChelper.
  • Giving fees — Donations run on Stripe. myChelper platform fee by plan: Free 2%, Ready-To-Go+ 1%, Branded 0.5%, plus Stripe’s card processing (typically 2.9% + 30¢). See mobile giving for details.
  • Why paid tiers exist — Every paid subscription helps keep Ready-To-Go free for churches who can't pay for it—that's most of what your upgrade funds, alongside the extra features you get.

Is myChelper really free to start?
Yes. Every church begins on Ready-To-Go Free: a real app presence, website, and mobile giving, no credit card required. Ready-To-Go+ and Branded add more as your ministry grows; see the plan cards above for what each tier includes.
What does mobile giving cost?
Donations run through Stripe. myChelper charges a platform fee by plan — Free 2%, Plus 1%, Branded 0.5% — plus Stripe’s processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per card donation). See mobile giving and the plan cards above for details.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No credit card is required to create your church and start customizing.
Can we cancel or change plans later?
You can upgrade or adjust as your church grows. For account-specific billing questions, email [email protected].
Who is myChelper best for?
Churches that want app + website + giving + communication in one place—especially teams that do not want to manage five different subscriptions. If you need something we do not offer, we would rather you use the right tool than force a bad fit.
